Copyright Collective Management Organization Act Article 23
A CMO shall provide collective management services for members in accordance with laws, regulations, its articles of organization, and resolutions of the general meeting of its members.A CMO, when providing collective management services under the preceding paragraph, shall collect management fees at the stipulated rate or in the stipulated amount.The rate or amount of management fees in the preceding paragraph shall be stipulated based on the funding required to maintain normal operation of the CMO.

集管團體應依法令、章程及會員大會之決議，為會員執行集管業務。
集管團體依前項規定執行集管業務時，應依所定管理費之費率或金額收取管理費。
前項管理費費率或金額，應以集管團體為維持其正常運作所需經費為標準訂定之。
