Regulations of Copyright Dispute Mediation Article 9
Mediation proceedings shall be conducted by Mediation Members at a place designated by the specialized agency in charge of copyright matters, which may be unopen to the public.Mediation may still be proceeded with even if only one Mediation Member set forth in the preceding Paragraph attends the mediation.Where the matters to be mediated are involved with Mediation Member himself or his cohabitants, the Mediation Member shall withdraw from this mediation upon a party's request.

調解程序由調解委員於著作權專責機關指定之處所行之，得不公開。
