Copyright Act Article 90-6
A caching service provider shall not be liable for damages for infringement of the copyright or plate rights of another by a user of its service if—1.the service provider does not make any modification to the cached information；2.when the person who made the original information available subsequently update, deletes, or blocks access to it, the cached information is done in the same way as a result of an automatic technical process; and3.the service provider responds expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the allegedly infringing content or related information upon notification by a copyright holder or plate rights holder of the alleged infringement by the user of the service provider.

有下列情形者，快速存取服務提供者對其使用者侵害他人著作權或製版權之行為，不負賠償責任：
一、未改變存取之資訊。
二、於資訊提供者就該自動存取之原始資訊為修改、刪除或阻斷時，透過自動化技術為相同之處理。
三、經著作權人或製版權人通知其使用者涉有侵權行為後，立即移除或使他人無法進入該涉有侵權之內容或相關資訊。
