Regulations Governing Application for Approval of License of Works of Unknown Owner of Copyrights and Royalties for Use Thereof Article 8
Applications for licensing made pursuant to these Regulations shall be submitted using the documents and forms designated by the competent copyright authority.An applicant that submits any document in a foreign language shall also attach a Chinese translation or a translation of the relevant portions.
