Regulations Governing Invention and Creation Awards Article 11
The Specific Patent Agencymay set up an Invention and Creation Evaluation Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") to be in charge of matters regarding the Awards.The Committee shall consist of 25 to 40 members. The Chair of the Committee shall be assigned by theSpecific Patent Agency; the remaining members shall be scholars, specialists, and representatives from relevant competent authorities appointed by the Specific Patent Agency.Members of the Committee are of unpaidposts. However, members may receive an honorarium for evaluation, attendance, and transportation during the evaluation period pursuant to relevant regulations.The Committee may be further subdivided into smaller sub-committees to handle different categories of the Award.Evaluation standards and related matters shall be decided by the Committee.

為辦理本辦法評選有關事項，專利專責機關得組成國家發明創作獎評選審議會（以下簡稱評選審議會）。
評選審議會置評選委員二十五人至四十人；其主任評選委員，由專利專責機關指派一人兼任之；其餘評選委員，由專利專責機關遴聘有關機關代表、專家、學者擔任。
評選委員為無給職；評選期間得依規定支給審查費、出席費、交通費。
評選審議會得依報名參選之標的類別，分設評選小組辦理。
評選作業及有關事項，由評選審議會決議後辦理。
