Patent Examiner Qualification Act Article 7
Having met the professional training requirements as referred to in this Act shall mean the successful completion of senior patent examiner or patent examiner professional training conducted by the patent specific agency, along with the obtaining of a certificate.The training referred to in the preceding paragraph shall not replace the rank promotion training conducted by the Examination Yuan.

本條例所稱之專業訓練合格，指研習專利專責機關舉辦之專利高級審查官或專利審查官專業訓練課程，成績合格並取得證明者。
