Regulations Governing the Implementation of Filing Patent Applications and Services by Electronic Means Article 8
If thee submitted electronic patent application documents do not meet the requirements prescribed in Article 6, the electronic transmission thereof shall be deemed not to have been made.In case the circumstance of the preceding paragraph occurs, the Specific Patent Agency shall notify the user.
