Where one of the following circumstances occurs as a user files an electronic patent application, the alternative methods of electronic transmission announced by the Specific Patent Agency may be used：1. The file size of the electronic patent application documents exceeds the limit specified by the Specific Patent Agency.2. The Specific Patent Agency notifies a breakdown of its information system pursuant to the provision of Article 13.
