Enforcement Rules of the Patent Act Article 85
Whenever an invalidation decision is rendered by the Specific Patent Agency, the following items shall be published in the Patent Gazette:1. number of invalidation action;2. title of invention, utility model or design;3. name and domicile/residence or business establishment of the patentee;4. name of the invalidation requester;5. name of the agent, if an agent is designated;6. date of filing of the invalidation action;7. syllabus of the decision; and8. reasons of the decision.

專利專責機關於舉發審定後，應將下列事項刊載專利公報：
一、被舉發案號數。
二、發明、新型或設計名稱。
三、專利權人姓名或名稱、住居所或營業所。
四、舉發人姓名或名稱。
五、委任代理人者，其姓名。
六、舉發日期。
七、審定主文。
八、審定理由。
