Enforcement Rules of the Patent Act Article 78

Where, pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 88 of the Act, the exploitation under compulsory licensing shall be authorized predominantly for the supply of the domestic market, the Specific Patent Agency shall, in the decision approving compulsory licensing, specify that the following items be disclosed by the licensee in an appropriate manner:1. information on the exploitation of the compulsory license; and2. the quantity and flow of products manufactured.
