Enforcement Rules of the Patent Act Article 52

The terminology used in the title of design, purpose of article, and description of design in the description shall be consistent.The description referred to in the preceding paragraph should be typed or printed.Where foreign language document(s) is submitted pursuant to the Paragraph 3, Article 125 of the Act, the description shall contain the precise and complete translation.
