Patent Act Article 92
FeesWith respect to each request for patent-related matters, the requestor shall pay fees at the time of filing.For a granted invention patent, the patentee shall pay patent certificate fee and patent annuities. If extension or prolongation of patent term is allowed, patent annuities shall still be paid during the extended or prolonged patent term.

關於發明專利之各項申請，申請人於申請時，應繳納申請費。
核准專利者，發明專利權人應繳納證書費及專利年費；請准延長、延展專利權期間者，在延長、延展期間內，仍應繳納專利年費。
