Patent RegistryThe Specific Patent Agency shall maintain a Patent Registry, in which the patent grants, changes of patent rights, and all other matters required by laws shall be registered.The Patent Registry set forth in the preceding paragraph may be produced electronically and shall be made available to the public for browsing, transcribing, photographing, or photocopying.

專利專責機關應備置專利權簿，記載核准專利、專利權異動及法令所定之一切事項。
