Time periodsThe duration of relevant time periods, as specified in this Act, shall not include the beginning date thereof.The duration of the patent, as specified respectively in Paragraph 3 of Article 52, Article 114 and Article 135 of this Act, shall start to run from the filing date of the patent application concerned.

本法有關期間之計算，其始日不計算在內。
第五十二條第三項、第一百十四條及第一百三十五條規定之專利權期限，自申請日當日起算。
