Restrictions on officers and employees as to interest in patentsEmployees and patent examiners of the Specific Patent Agency shall be incapable, during the period of their appointments, of applying for a patent and of acquiring, directly or indirectly, except by inheritance, any patent or any right or interest in any patent.Employees and patent examiners of the Specific Patent Agency are obligated to keep confidential any invention, utility model, design, or trade secrets of an applicant that have become known to or been possessed by them in the course of performing their duties; whoever violates such obligation is liable for legal responsibility.The qualifications of patent examiners shall be prescribed separately by law.
