Division of applicationA patent application for design that substantially contains two or more designs may, upon notice by the Specific Patent Agency or upon request by the applicant, be divided into two or more divisional applications.A request for division shall be made before a reexamination decision on the original application is rendered.Examination of a divisional patent application shall resume the completed procedure of the original patent application.

申請專利之設計，實質上為二個以上之設計時，經專利專責機關通知，或據申請人申請，得為分割之申請。
分割申請，應於原申請案再審查審定前為之。
