Trademark Examiner Qualification Act Article 7
Having met the professional training requirements as referred to in this Act shall mean the successful completion of senior trademark examiner or trademark examiner professional training conducted by trademark competent authority, along with the obtaining of a certificate.The training referred to in the preceding paragraph shall not replace the rank promotion training conducted by the Examination Yuan.

本條例所稱專業訓練合格，指研習商標主管機關舉辦之商標高級審查官或商標審查官專業訓練課程，成績合格並取得證明者。
