Regulations Governing the Implementation of Filing Trademark Applications and Services by Electronic Means Article 8
If the submitted electronic trademark application documents do not meet the requirements prescribed in Article 6, the electronic transmission thereof shall be deemed not to have been made.In case the circumstance of the preceding paragraph occurs, the Registrar Office shall notify the user.
