Regulations Governing the Implementation of Filing Trademark Applications and Services by Electronic Means Article 16
These Regulations shall enter into force as of the date of promulgation.The June29, 2012 amendment to these Regulations shall enter into force from July 1, 2012.The December 6, 2013 amendment to these Regulations shall enter into force from December 1, 2013.The June 9, 2020 amendment to these Regulations shall enter into force from July 1, 2020.
