Fee-charging Standards of Trademark Article 3
Fees for registration are as follows:1. for a trademark or collective trademark registration, the fee is NT$2,500 per class;2. for a collective membership mark or certification mark registration, the fee is NT$2,500.For those who chose to pay registration fees in two installments and already paid the first installment prior to the enforcement of the articles of this Act amended on May 31, 2011, the amounts of the second installment are as follows:1. for a trademark or collective trademark registration, the amount is NT$1,500 per class;2. for a collective membership mark or certification mark registration, the amount is NT$1,500.

二、團體標章或證明標章，每件新臺幣二千五百元。
本法中華民國一百年五月三十一日修正之條文施行前，註冊費已分二期繳納者，第二期應繳納之註冊費如下：
一、商標或團體商標，每類新臺幣一千五百元。
二、團體標章或證明標章，每件新臺幣一千五百元。
一、商標或團體商標，每類新臺幣二千五百元。
二、團體標章或證明標章，每件新臺幣二千五百元。
