Enforcement Rules of the Trademark Act Article 17
Where the application contains a statement to the effect that the trademark is a hologram trademark, the reproduction of the trademark shall consist of not more than four views of the trademark capturing the holographic effect in its entirety.The applicant shall furnish a description explaining the hologram. Where the images change according to the angle at which the hologram is viewed, the description shall contain the explanation of the changes of the images.

申請註冊全像圖商標者，商標圖樣為表現全像圖之視圖；該視圖以四個為限。
