Regulations for the Deposit of Biological Material for Patent Application Article 12
The Depository is under the obligation to keep confidential the deposited biological materials and relevant information. With the exception of the situation set forth in Article 13, the Depository shall not release deposited biological materials and relevant information to any third party.
