Regulations Governing Approval of Registration and Management of Business Entities Setting up Operation or Liaison Offices within the Technology Industrial Parks Article 6
Business entities applying to register their operation or liaison offices within the Parks shall submit an application form and the following documents to the BIP or its branches in accordance to where the business is located:1. Photocopies of certificates or proof of operation, practice, or recordation issued to a company, business, foundation, juridical association, specialized technician, or foreign company’ operation or liaison offices in Taiwan.2. Photocopies of the business license issued by the competent authority in the case of businesses that require permission.3. Photocopies of identity documents of the responsible person or the person in charge of the business within the Parks.4. Certificates of use of the land or building where the operation or liaison office is located within the Parks, as well as a leased land or building plan in which the leased area is indicated.5. Photocopies of the approval documents issued by the BIP or its branches.

申請在區內設有營業或聯絡處所之事業登記，應檢具申請書及下列文件向所在區園管局或分局辦理：
一、公司、商業、財團法人、社團法人、專門職業技術人員或外國公司在臺辦事處或聯絡處之營業、開業或核備證明文件影本。
二、屬許可業務者，其目的事業主管機關核發之許可營業執照影本。
三、負責人及區內負責人身分證明文件影本。
四、在區內營業或聯絡處所之土地或建築物使用證明文件及記載有租用面積之租用土地或建築物平面圖。
五、園管局或分局核准文件影本。
一、公司、商業、財團法人、社團法人、專門職業技術人員或外國公司在臺辦事處或聯絡處之營業、開業或核備證明文件影本。
二、屬許可業務者，其目的事業主管機關核發之許可營業執照影本。
