Management Regulations for Technology Industrial Parks of Bureau of Industrial Parks and Branches, Ministry of Economic Affairs Article 10
After an investor makes the down payment, he should submit the investment application within 30 days. If the investor has any legitimate reason, he or she may apply for a postponement at the Bureau or branches within the time limit. The time limit may be extended by 30 days, but the extension is limited to once only.The Bureau or branches shall notify the investor in writing 10 days prior to expiration of the said time limit.An investor may apply for a refund of the down payment without interest prior to the expiration of the time limit, as stated in the first paragraph. The land or building will not be reserved.

投資人繳存預約金後，應於三十日內提出投資申請書；如有正當理由者，得於期限屆滿前申請園管局或分局核准延長，延長期限為三十日，但以一次為限。
園管局或分局得於前項期限屆滿前十日，以書面通知投資人。
投資人於第一項期限屆滿前，得申請無息退還預約金，預訂之土地或建築物，不予保留。
