Enforcement Rules of Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks Article 7
The term “business registration,” as used in Subparagraph 11, Paragraph 1, Article 5 of the Act, refers to the company registration, factory registration, and registration of chattel secured transactions of businesses in the Park. The term “approval and issuance of construction” refers to the approval of construction, use, or demolishment of buildings in the Park, as well as the issuance of related licenses.
