Enforcement Rules of Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks Article 23
In the event that businesses in the Park are eligible for tax reduction or exemption and therefore are required to obtain supporting documents from the authorities in charge of relevant businesses, such businesses shall apply to the local Bureau or branch with relevant documents for approval.
