Enforcement Rules of Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks Article 21

The term “improper usage,” as used in Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 2, Article 19 of the Act, refers to any of the following circumstances:1.The usage jeopardizes public safety or health in the Park;2.The usage does not conform to the approved plan;3.More than half of the area of the factory or warehouse concerned has remained unused for more than six months;4.Other violations have occurred.
