Enforcement Rules of Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks Article 19
The purchase via mutual consultation, as stated in Paragraph 2, Article 19 of the Act, may be made after the value of the land or building concerned is appraised by a real estate appraiser appointed by the Bureau or its branches, and evaluate by experts and scholars.
