Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks Article 23

The competent authority may delineate bonded areas within the Parks by reporting to and obtaining approval from the Executive Yuan, and hence offer the convenience of bonded service.Businesses in the Parks may produce non-bonded products within the bonded areas mentioned in the preceding paragraph.In order to ensure the convenience of bonded service in the Paragraph 1 above, regulations governing the customs clearance, processing, management, self-inspection import/export to and from the Parks, compilation of monthly reports, procedures of tax recovery on domestic sales of products, and other matters of compliance shall be prescribed by the competent authority in consultation with the Ministry of Finance.
