Act for Investment by Overseas Compatriots Article 6
Investments made in accordance with this Act consist of the following types of capital contributions:1. Cash;2. Machinery and equipment or raw materials for own use;3. Patent rights, trademark rights, copyrights, technical know-how or other intellectual property rights;4. Other property in which the investor may invest under the Competent Authority’s approval.
