Act for Investment by Overseas Compatriots Article 19
Unless otherwise provided for in this Act, if the investor violates the provisions of this Act, or fails to perform any matters approved by the Competent Authority, the Competent Authority may deal with the situation in the following manner:1. Revoke the investor’s right of foreign exchange settlement against the investor’s profit or interest earned in a prescribed period of time;2. Revoke the approval for the investor’s investment and the investor’s rights under this Act.

投資人違反本條例規定或不履行主管機關核准事項者，除本條例另有規定外，主管機關得依下列方式處分之：
一、取消一定期間所得盈餘或孳息之結匯權利。
二、撤銷其投資案，並取消本條例規定之權利。
