To encourage enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility, the central government authorities in charge of the industries concerned shall assist enterprises to actively disclose the relevant environmental information regarding their production processes, products, services, and other aspects of sustainable development, and the enterprises with outstanding performance may be eligible to receive commendations or awards.

為促進企業善盡社會責任，各中央目的事業主管機關應輔導企業主動揭露製程、產品、服務及其他永續發展相關環境資訊；企業表現優異者，得予以表揚或獎勵。
