To strengthen the resources for the cultivation of industrial human resources, the central government authorities in charge of the industries concerned may provide counseling to support the development of industrial human resources cultivation institutions or organizations, and to introduce international human resources cultivation institutions into the R.O.C.

為厚植產業人才培訓資源，各中央目的事業主管機關得輔導產業人才培訓機構或團體之發展及國際產業人才培訓機構之引進。
