Act For Investment by Foreign Nationals Article 10
In case the investor intends to transfer the investor’s investment already implemented by the investor to an industry other than those prohibited from investment under paragraph 1 of Article 7 hereof, the investor shall apply to the Competent Authority for cancellation of the investor’s original investment and for approval of the investor’s new investment.In case the investor intends to assign the investor’s investment, the assignor and the assignee shall jointly apply to the Competent Authority for approval of the assignment.

投資人將已實行之出資移轉投資於非屬第七條第一項禁止投資之事業時，應由投資人向主管機關為撤銷原投資及核准投資之申請。
投資人轉讓其投資時，應由轉讓人及受讓人會同向主管機關申請核准。
