The term “Electric Appliance Contractors” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) as used in these Regulations refers to an enterprise engaged in installation matters related to electricity facilities and users’ electricity devices.Matters that the central competent authority shall execute under these Regulations may be delegated to its subordinate agencies or commissioned to other agencies.Matters prescribed in these Regulations may be commissioned by the competent authority of a municipality or county (city) to the relevant Electrical Engineering Contractors’ Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) for handling.
