Where any registered particulars stated on a Contractor’s registration license have changed, the Contractor shall, within one month from the date the change occurs, complete an application form and, together with the original registration license and relevant materials, apply for issuance of a new license.Where a Contractor’s registration license is lost or damaged beyond recognition, its responsible person shall declare it void and apply for reissuance or replacement.
