The Electricity Act Article 26
An Electricity Enterprise shall provide electricity in accordance with the prescribed voltage and frequency standards. This does not apply in special circumstances approved by the central competent authority.The central competent authority shall establish the voltage and frequency standards described in the preceding paragraph.
