Unmanned Vehicles Technology Innovative Experimentation Act Article 18
When the applicant establishes contracts with experiment participants, concerning their participation in the experiments, the said contracts should be established on the principles of fairness, reasonableness, equality, reciprocity, and good faith.If the clauses in the contract, as referred to in the preceding paragraph, are clearly unfair, the said clauses are invalid. If there is any doubt about the clauses of the contract, the interpretation shall be made in favor of the experiment participants.The applicant should heed the duties of being a good manager during the period of innovative experimentation.

申請人與參與實驗者於創新實驗期間訂定參與實驗契約，應本於公平合理、平等互惠及誠信原則。
前項契約條款顯失公平者，該部分條款無效；契約條款如有疑義時，應為有利於參與實驗者之解釋。
申請人於創新實驗期間應盡善良管理人之注意義務。
