Unmanned Vehicles Technology Innovative Experimentation Act Article 13
The central authorities in charge of the end enterprises concerned shall make public announcements concerning the radio frequency available for innovative experimentation, including, the geographical range, duration of the experiments and other relevant details and conditions.The applicant may start using the approved assigned radio frequency after obtaining the approval for innovative experimentation.The competent authority in charge of telecommunications shall handle issues of the telecommunication radio-frequency devices in the innovative experimentation concerning import management, communication interference processing, and other government oversight matters relating to telecommunications.

可供創新實驗運用之無線電頻率與其地理範圍、實驗期限及其他相關條件，由中央目的事業主管機關公告之。
申請人取得創新實驗核准後，始得使用經核准指配之無線電頻率。
創新實驗所需電信管制射頻器材輸入管理、通訊干擾處理及其他相關電信監理事項，由通訊傳播主管機關辦理之。
