Regulations for Recognizing Manufacturing or Installing Capabilities of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industries and the Qualifications of Full-Time Technicians and Engineers Article 6
An engineer or technician under Paragraph 1, Article 9 of the Act shall have the following qualifications:1. Engineer: Holding a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer, electrical engineer or mechanical engineer's license in accordance with the Professional Engineers Act.2. Technician: Holding a refrigeration and air conditioning installation and repair technician's license issued by the government.

本條例第九條第一項技師及技術士，應分別符合下列資歷：
一、技師：依技師法領有冷凍空調工程技師、電機工程技師或機械工程技師證書者。
二、技術士：領有政府發給冷凍空調裝修技術士證者。
