The competent authority shall prepare a refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise directory containing the following particulars:1. The name, gender, date of birth, National ID Card no., address, education and work experience of the responsible person of the refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise.2. The refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise's registration certificate number.3. The region where the enterprise operates its business.4. The name, address and telephone number of the enterprise.5. Other required information.

主管機關應備置冷凍空調業名簿，並載明下列事項：
一、負責人之姓名、性別、出生年月日、國民身分證統一編號、住址、學歷及經歷。
二、冷凍空調業登記證書字號。
三、執行業務區域。
四、公司行號名稱、地址及電話。
五、其他必要事項。
