Statute Governing Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Enterprises Article 22
A foreign refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise that has been incorporated and registered in accordance with the laws of its home country shall apply to the central competent authority for a permit to operate its business in Taiwan in accordance with this Statute.
