Statute Governing Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Enterprises Article 12
If a refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise suspends or resumes its business operation or there is any alteration in its original registered particulars, it shall file a report with the original registration authority within 30 days of the occurrence of the facts.The provisions of Paragraph 1, Article 10 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the circumstances in the preceding Paragraph.

經登記之冷凍空調業，因停業、復業或原登記事項有變更時，應自事實發生之日起三十日內，向原登記之機關申報。
