Regulations Governing Categories, Declaration, and Inspection of Industrial Precursor Chemicals Article 9
The Regulations shall come into force from the date of their promulgation.The articles amended on April 29, 2011 shall come into force from July 1, 2011.The articles amended on April 24, 2015 shall come into force from May 1, 2015.
