Factory Management and Counseling Act Article 19
A factory’s responsible person or interested parties may apply to the competent authority for a transcript of the factory registration or a certificate regarding the factory registration.The interested parties referred to in the preceding paragraph shall explain the reasons for applying for the transcript or certificate.
