Factory Management and Counseling Act Article 13
The application for factory establishment permit or registration shall specify following information:1. Factory name and address2. The name and residence or domicile of responsible person.3. Industrial category4. Major products5. Power capacity, thermal energy and water volume to be consumed by the production equipment.6. Floor area of the factory and the buildings therein7. Other particulars to be registered as specified and announced by the central competent authority.The industrial category specified in Subparagraph 3 of the preceding paragraph shall be announced by central competent authority.

工廠申請設立許可或登記，應載明下列事項：
一、廠名、廠址。
二、工廠負責人姓名及其住所或居所。
三、產業類別。
四、主要產品。
五、生產設備之使用電力容量、熱能及用水量。
六、廠房及建築物面積。
七、其他經中央主管機關指定公告應登記之事項。
前項第三款產業類別，由中央主管機關公告之。
