Mining Act Article 53
Regarding the mining land approved under this Act, obtaining its right of land use shall be in the following manners:1. Purchase: the mineral right holder obtains land ownership by paying considerable amount of money.2. Rent: the mineral right holder pays rent in one time or by installment.3. Obtaining in the manners specified in the other Act.

依本法核定之礦業用地，其土地使用權之取得，依下列之規定：
一、購用：由礦業權者給價取得土地所有權。
二、租用：由礦業權者分期或一次給付租金。
三、依其他法律所定之方式。
