Mining Safety Act Article 36
The Mine Safety Supervisor appointed by the Governing Agency should regularly perform mine safety inspections. When they discover danger or imminent danger within the mine they should immediately order the Mineral Rights Holder, Mine Head or Mine Safety Manager to take the necessary contingency or preventative measures.

主管機關所派礦場安全監督員，經常執行礦場安全監督業務，遇有礦場發生危險或將發生危險時，應即命令礦業權者、礦場負責人或礦場安全管理人員，採取必要之應變或預防措施。
