Industrial Explosives Administrative Act Article 22
For establishment or change of magazine, an application need to be filed for the inspection conducted jointly by Central Governing Agency and authorities of MunicipalCity under the direct jurisdiction of the Central Government and County and City Government at County and City and obtain permission.After the construction of magazine and before its use, the magazine need to be inspected jointly by Central Governing Agency and authorities of Municipal City under the direct jurisdiction of the Central Government and County and City Government at County and City and obtain permission.The location, structures, facilities, quantity and height of storage shall comply with the magazine establishment standard.The establishment term and standard of magazine shall be ruled by Central Governing Agency and Central Building Agency.

火藥庫之設置或變更，應申請中央主管機關會同直轄市或縣（市）主管機關勘查核准。
火藥庫興建完竣時，應申請中央主管機關會同直轄市或縣（市）主管機關查驗合格發給登記證後，始得使用。
火藥庫之設置位置、構造、設備、儲存量及儲存高度，應符合火藥庫設置標準。
前項火藥庫設置期限及設置標準，由中央主管機關會同中央建築主管機關定之。
火藥庫興建完竣時，應申請中央主管機關會同直轄市或縣（市）主管機關查驗合格發給登記證後，始得使用。
