Any person who falls under any of the following circumstances shall be punished with an administrative fine of not less than NT$200,000 and not more than NT$1,000,000:1. Failing to promptly report a disaster occurring in a sand and gravel excavation field to the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 31.2. Refusing, evading, or obstructing inspections conducted under Paragraph 1 of Article 34.

中文原文土石採取法第40條

有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣二十萬元以上一百萬元以下罰鍰：
一、土石採取場發生災變，未依第三十一條第一項規定速報直轄市、縣（市）主管機關者。
二、拒絕、規避或妨礙依第三十四條第一項規定之檢查者。
